The Pomodoro Technique is a structured time management approach using timed work intervals. The method involves the following steps:
- Select the task to be completed
- Set a Pomodoro timer (commonly to 25 minutes)

- Mark the task as finished upon completion
- If the primary task remains incomplete, take a brief break (3–5 minutes), then repeat steps 2-5
